We affirm that 11x does not use data obtained through Google Workspace APIs (including Gmail) to develop, improve, or train any generalized or non-personalized AI or ML models.
Customer data ownership
Customer exclusively owns all right, title and interest in and to the Customer Data and Performance Data. 11x shall acquire no rights in or to the Customer Data.
