Policy templates

Use pre-built templates to create common governance policies.

Overview

VerifyWise includes a library of pre-built policy templates covering common AI governance topics. These templates provide a starting point for creating your own organizational policies, saving time and ensuring you address key governance areas.

Templates are organized by category and cover topics from AI ethics and fairness to regulatory compliance and vendor management. You can use templates as-is or customize them to fit your organization's specific needs.

Why use policy templates?

Writing AI governance policies from scratch requires significant expertise in both AI technology and regulatory requirements. Policy templates provide a foundation built on industry best practices, regulatory frameworks, and governance standards. They help ensure you address important topics that might otherwise be overlooked and provide language that has been refined through real-world use.

  • Save time: Start with professionally written content rather than a blank page
  • Cover key topics: Templates address important governance areas you might otherwise overlook
  • Industry alignment: Templates incorporate best practices from AI governance frameworks and regulations
  • Consistency: Multiple policies built from templates share a consistent structure and tone
  • Customizable: Adapt template content to your organization's specific context and requirements
