Trains by default with a vague opt-out

Clause 1.2(12) grants a license for model training and optimization unless you opt out where such option is made available, so training is on by default and the opt-out is conditional with no named mechanism.

Perpetual content license reserved

The same clause has users grant a free, worldwide, perpetual and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display their Information Content, which trips the perpetual content licence dealbreaker even though it is scoped to aggregated and anonymized service improvement.

No sale plus named transfer safeguard

Section 1.3 commits to never selling personal and sensitive user data, and Section 8 names signing standard contractual clauses as the cross-border safeguard from its Singapore base to the United States and elsewhere.

Retention stays vague while facial data is one-shot

Section 4.1 retains data for no longer than is necessary with no day count, while the facial-data clause says extracted facial data is not stored or shared and is permanently deleted once processing is complete.
